Account Management

At Allied National Services, each client receives dedicated and consistent support and management of their account. For every client, there is assigned a Corporate Account Representative and a Dedicated Account Manager to oversee every aspect of the account and to provide personalized service every step of the way.

Corporate Account Representative

  • Serves as the main point of contact for corporate representatives

Dedicated Account Manager

  • Main point of contact for all store managers
  • Owns the account
  • Works directly with operational staff and management to coordinate service
  • Available 24 hours a day by cell phone or email
  • In charge of all quality assurance and quality control programs

In addition to our account management staff, we also utilize Area Managers and Supervisors to directly oversee all aspects of operations.
